Caroline Kiarie- Kimondo is the Founder and Managing Director of Jadili Center for Leadership Development. She founded Jadili from a deep desire to support leaders at all levels achieve their leadership pursuits and ambitions by revealing, elevating, and maximizing their potential for greatness. As a leadership coach, Caroline partners with leaders to enhance their capacities to cultivate new perspectives, behaviors, and practices in the service of more effective action in their personal and professional lives.

Caroline has a passion for supporting leaders and organizations to maximize their impact and presence. She has over 15 years of experience leading teams and social programs in the non-profit, philanthropic, and intergovernmental sectors across Africa, working most recently with the United Nations Development Program. A social impact strategy and systems thinking specialist, Caroline has spearheaded initiatives and published knowledge products on Digital Transformation, Kenya’s Innovation Ecosystem, Strategic Communications, and Leadership and Institutional Development and is nationally and internationally recognized as a social innovation expert. Caroline is also an affiliate consultant with KONU, a leading global firm in leadership development and coaching based in USA, Israel, and Germany.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Communication, and a Master of Arts Degree in International Conflict Management (both from the University of Nairobi) and is an alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education Program in Public Leadership. She has also served as an Adaptive Leadership Coach with the Harvard Kennedy School. Caroline holds a Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania (USA) and is a Leadership Coach trained and certified by Georgetown University (USA). She is certified by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and by the Leadership Circle Profile as a Certified Practitioner (LCP 360).
